Contest Club Ontario - 25th A.G.M. and Meal

Date: Saturday August 22rd, 2026 (arrive after 14:00)

Place: St. Elizabeth Village, 393 Rymal Rd West; Hamilton
(corner of Rymal Rd. West and Garth St. on Hamilton Mountain West)

Menu and Pricing: Penne with sauce, roasted chicken (leg and thigh), italian sausage, roast potatoes, peas and mushroom medley, caesar salad. Slice of cake for dessert.

Cost: $32 includes one prize draw ticket.

PLEASE BE AWARE - You must pre-pay to obtain a meal ticket (please send payment prior to August 14th).

If you are coming to the AGM and want the meal you must pre-pay by sending money via PayPal (remember to check off the box indicating your sending funds to friends and family), or
e-transfer to ccopayments@gmail.com.
Please do not mail cheques. Upon funds receipt a meal ticket package will be generated and available for pickup at check-in.
Chairs and tables will be provided, you may bring your own adult beverages. Soft drinks and ice will be available.

It is very important we have an accurate tally of attendees as it
costs us per head and we want everyone to have food, but not to have amounts left over. Please let us know by Sunday, Aug 16th.

As last year, we will be having a bring and buy section and as before, a donation would be appreciated if you are successful in selling items.

Door Prizes: Cash Prizes (2x $250), Flex Radio Discount Coupons ($500 or $1000 depending on purchase price), in addition there will be prizes donated by Art, VE3CT

Additional door prize tickets will be available at $5. each or 5 for $20. Remember this is your chance to help finance the club's expenses and possibly win a prize too!
