Contest Club Ontario - Annual General Meeting and BBQ
Date: Saturday August 17th, 2024 (Save the Date)

Menu and Pricing:
The cost for the BBQ for each attendee is $35.00, this is for beef brisket, bun, potato salad, coleslaw, & pastries plus coffee.
The cost includes one ticket for the raffle.
PLEASE BE AWARE - You must pre-pay to obtain a meal ticket.
This year we are changing things a little - if you are coming to the BBQ and want the meal you must pre-pay the $35.00 by sending money via PayPal (remember to check off the box indicating your sending funds to friends and family),
e-transfer to ccopayments@gmail.com or cheques payable to
Contest Club Ontario and sent to Rick, VE3MM at his address on QRZ.com.
There will be a small number of meals ordered in addition to the
pre-paid numbers and these will be available at the door subject
to availability but the cost at the door will be $45.00.
It is very important we have an accurate tally of attendees as it
costs us per head and we want everyone to have food, but not to have amounts left over.
As last year, we will be having a bring and buy section (hamfest)
and as before, a donation would be appreciated if you are successful in selling items.
Hope to see lots of you at the BBQ, and now I will be soliciting for door prizes from the manufacturers!!

Payment for tickets can be made as per the donations page on the CCO website, or by cash at the BBQ.
Once again.. PLEASE do not arrive at the BBQ prior to 2pm.
Bring your own adult beverages and chairs. There will be soft drinks and water available.
