Contest Club Ontario - A.G.M. and BBQ

Date: Saturday August 23rd, 2025

Place: VE3EJ QTH:  3605 East Townline Road, Grassie, ON

Menu and Pricing: Roast Beef BBQ $35. (payable in advance)
BBQ Roast Beef, coleslaw, potato salad, cakes for dessert.
A ticket for the door prize will be included with your meal.

PLEASE BE AWARE - You must pre-pay to obtain a meal ticket.

If you are coming to the BBQ and want the meal you must pre-pay by sending money via PayPal (remember to check off the box indicating your sending funds to friends and family), or
e-transfer to ccopayments@gmail.com.
Due to the Canada Post situation, please do not mail cheques.

It is very important we have an accurate tally of attendees as it
costs us per head and we want everyone to have food, but not to have amounts left over. Please let us know by Sunday, Aug 16th.

As last year, we will be having a bring and buy section (bring your own table) and as before, a donation would be appreciated if you are successful in selling items.

Additional door prize tickets will be available at $5. each or 5 for $20. Remember this is your chance to help finance the club's expenses and possibly win a prize too!

Once again..  PLEASE do not arrive at the BBQ prior to 2pm.

Bring your own adult beverages and chairs.  There will be soft drinks and water available.
