Contest Club Ontario - Annual General Meeting and BBQ

Date: Saturday 27th of August, 2022
Time:” Doors” open 2 PM, Annual General Meeting 4:30 PM, Meal after the meeting.
Place: VE3EJ QTH:  3605 East Townline Road, Grassie, ON

Menu and Pricing:

The menu (subject to change) will consist of:
Rolls & butter
Hamburger (veggie burger if you request)
Grilled chicken
Potato salad
Cole slaw
Pastries/squares
Coffee/Tea

There will be a $25.00/head charge to cover expenses.

Prize Tickets

Times are changing and getting donated door prizes is getting more difficult.  We are proposing a series of 50/50 draws in lieu of door prizes this year.

Tickets are $10 each, or 3 for $25, and are available now!
If you plan on attending the BBQ, we will be there selling tickets. 

If you cannot attend, you can buy tickets via:

2) Interac E-Transfer to "ccopayments@gmail.com"

Reminders:

The BBQ is a BYOB and BYOLC event. (Bring your own beverages) and (Bring your own lawn chair).

Please confirm your desire to attend. It is very important that we get an accurate head count to allow the food vendor every opportunity to prepare with the right amount of food.
