Time:” Doors” open 2 PM, Annual General Meeting 4:30 PM, Meal after meeting.
Place: VE3EJ QTH: 3605 Townline Road, South of Mud St. - just West of Grassie.
Menu and Pricing:
Rolls & butter
Hamburger (veggie burger if you request)
Grilled chicken
Potato salad
Cole slaw
Pastries/squares
Coffee/Tea
There will be a $25.00/head charge to cover expenses.
This will cover both the meal and one door prize ticket.
Prize Tickets:
As in previous years, manufacturers and suppliers have been very supportive toward CCO by contributing generously to make our annual door prize draw a success.
Tickets are $5 each, or 3 for $10, and are available now!
If you plan on attending the BBQ, Tickets will be available on site.
If you cannot attend, you can buy tickets via Interac e-transfer
(direct payments to ve3mm@rac.ca ).

The BBQ is a BYOB and BYOLC event. (Bring your own beverages) and (Bring your own lawn chair).
